ROASTED RAINBOW CARROT

Ingredients

Cook in sauce pan or bake at 400 degrees.

  • A dash of Mother Earth OACV (to finish)

  • 1 package rainbow carrot

  • 1 teaspoon Himalayan sea salt

  • 1/3 cup fresh pressed olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric

  • 1/4 teaspoon black peppercorn
