PICKLED KOHLRABI

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mother Earth Organic apple cider vinegar

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 cup white refined sugar

Directions

  • Bring all ingredients to a boil in a medium saucepan.

  • Peel and cut Kohlrabi and store in a mason jar or heat resistant container.

  • Cover in vinegar, let cool and refrigerate for up to 2 months.
