OACV Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup orange juice

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • 1 cup ice

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

  • Pinch of ginger

  • Pinch of turmeric

  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)


Recipe Instructions

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth!
