FAQs

Organic apple cider vinegar with “the mother” is raw, unpasteurized, and unfiltered ACV. The ‘mother’ is a colony of beneficial bacteria that are similar to Kombucha SCOBY. “The mother” helps create vinegar through a secondary fermentation process.

Pasteurization is the heating process intended to remove potential problem bacteria from consumable liquids such as milk, juices etc.  This process will also remove delicate nutrients and enzymes that may constitute a major portion of the food value when consumed.  Our vinegar is not pasteurized so that users can experience the most natural, organic experience while detoxing, cooking, and cleaning.

All of them! Our organic vinegar drinks and products are all unfiltered and unpasteurized.

Due to the acidic nature of vinegar, you do not need to refrigerate our products.  We recommend that you keep the product out of direct sunlight in a relatively cool location.

All of our vinegar has a shelf-life of five years.

We recommend two teaspoons in at least 8 ounces of water once a day.

Powdered vinegar that you buy commercially tends to be cut with quite a bit of maltodextrin—a starch that helps keep the powder from clumping up. It is usually made from white distilled vinegar that has been sprayed with maltodextrin.
